8th and 9th February – pop-up catering from PP Catering and Events (Spit roast baps – roast pork and topside of beef in artisan rolls with selection of toppings).

Ginger Catering

Prepare to be captivated by an artistry of flavours, as the Hythe-based Ginger Catering Company pop-up with a showstopping menu of exquisite dishes lovingly created using the best local ingredients.

Expected exquisite small plates, wonderful mains and tempting sweet treats to feature in the ever evolving pop-up menu.

 

The New Forest Tea Company is a family-run business based in Lyndhurst that ethically sources premium tea with compostable packaging that leaves no trace. Launched in 2023, the mobile Tea Chest has been popping up at events across the New Forest and Hampshire. It serves the New Forest Tea Company’s range of teas, barista coffee, hot chocolate, and locally-made cakes and treats. 

Experienced chef James Dorey specialises in creating exceptional feasts for events, parties and banquets, serving up everything from bespoke canapes to seven course feasting menus.

The Nags Bar & Kitchen will be popping-up and the Palais with an array of showstopping dishes to delight.

Fire and Rocket Catering is run by Matt Yonoff and his talented team from Hythe. Using the finest fresh ingredients, Fire and Rocket are renowned for creating sourdough pizzas that are truly in a league of their own!
