Experienced chef James Dorey specialises in creating exceptional feasts for events, parties and banquets, serving up everything from bespoke canapes to seven-course feasting menus.![]()
This weekend's culinary masterpieces include Ragu of Forest Venison with Pappardelle Pasta and shaved Parmesan, Lamb loin with parmesan risotto, wilted spinach, roasted shallots and wild mushrooms. Sandwiches served with Fries will also be available.![]()
